Verizon Wireless announces new business offerings

Verizon Wireless now offers business customers its BroadbandAccess Wireless Router Service for high-speed, wide-area-network access. According to the company, the router lets businesses link to devices within an office or remotely, and provides a backup to landlines. The service costs $39.99 to $549.99.
In other news, the company certified Cisco Systems’ 3G Wireless WAN High Speed Interface Card (HWIC) for selected Cisco-integrated service routers used to provide the BroadbandAccess Wireless Router Service.
