Army depot invests in active RFID technology

Pennsylvania-based Tobyhanna Army Depot has expanded its use of Where-Net's active RFID, real-time locating system technology to streamline the repair and overhaul of defense electronic systems. The depot performs the maintenance, repair and overhaul of command, control, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems for the Department of Defense.
