CalAmp to acquire DataRadio

CalAmp announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire DataRadio, a Canadian supplier of wireless data products and systems for mission-critical applications. Through this acquisition, the company plans to expand its wireless data communications business for public-safety and machine-to-machine applications.
