Trident, Aeroflex reach preliminary agreement on PassPort deployment

Trident Micro Systems and Aeroflex have entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding as the companies continue negotiations concerning the incorporation of Trident’s PassPort trunking protocol in Aeroflex’s communications test systems. Trident described the action as “an interim step.”
