Teletouch Communications said it has received a three-year contract worth $150,000 to deploy a two-way radio communications system and provide field support services to CareFlite, which provides helicopter and ground-based mobile emergency healthcare services. Teletouch will provide network airtime, install mobile radios in CareFlite emergency vehicles and provide portable radios to emergency personnel. The Passport-enabled radios automatically switch between radio towers to enable seamless coverage, the company said.
