Army special forces select portable radio

The U.S. Army Special Operations Command selected SELEX Communications’ AN/PRC-343 Personal Role Radio for the 75th Army Ranger Regiment. The AN/PRC-343 is a digital, encrypted, ruggedized portable radio with GPS and wireless capabilities, according to the company.
