Falcon III flies into market

Harris Corp. unveiled the Falcon III, a multi-band tactical radio with 20 W of output power. It includes embedded encryption for voice and data, as well as a military-grade GPS receiver for timing and situational awareness. The company already has received a $1.9 million contract for the radios from the U.S. Navy.
