Nine Michigan counties integrate disparate systems

Nine counties in the south-central region of Michigan are now deploying Codespear’s SmartMsg interoperability and broadcast-alert software solution. The counties are Clinton, Eaton, Gratiot, Hillsdale, Ingham, Jackson, Lenawee, Livingston and Shiawassee.
