Missouri police and fire choose NICE

Nov 9, 2006 12:34 PM

NICE Systems announced that the Kansas City, Mo., Police and Fire Departments will be implementing the company’s interaction-capture and analysis solution. The solution includes the company’s NiceLog capture platform, scenario replay and NiceUniverse, which captures voice, e-mail, chat and screen activity along with call details. The entire system will let the departments record all 911 positions and administrative lines in the police department’s communications center and talk groups on its M/A-COM EDACS radio network, according to the company.
