Tracking feature added to satellite radio system

Mobile Satellite Ventures added a global satellite system-tracking feature to its MSAT-G2 mobile satellite radio. The feature lets users transmit GPS-based location data over the MSAT Network when they initiate a telephone call or press the push-to-talk button, according to the company.
