SmartLink Radio Networks wins interoperability contract

SmartLink Radio Networks was awarded a contract from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego for a multi-agency, interoperable, public-safety radio system platform for San Francisco, Calif. The project will deploy the SmartLink I-Network platform, which includes the software-defined SmartLink I-Switch that controls and routes communications. It also contains a database that accommodates unlimited communications scenarios as determined by the customer, according to the company.
