Midland Radio lands state contract for mobiles

Aug 17, 2005 2:57 PM

Midland Radio Corp. said the State of West Virginia has given the company a contract to provide 400 low-band Titan mobile radios.

In other news, Midland has relocated to new headquarters in Kansas City. The new facility enabled Midland to improve its inventory-management and shipping operations, according to President Dan Devling.

“Our goal was to modernize and streamline areas that had been a challenge for us in our old location,” Devling said in a statement. “We believe our new surroundings and systems will help us improve our responsiveness.”

Midland had been in its previous location for about three decades. The company’s new address is 5900 Parreta Drive, Kansas City, MO 64120.
