InterAct has bulked up its cloud-based records-management system to meet the needs state and large urban public-safety agencies. InterAct Online RMS Version 10.12 has been improved “to provide the extra capacity and flexibility that large agencies need,” said Mike McGarry, senior vice president and general manager of InterAct Products. “It has also been enhanced to support multiagency workflows.”

The improvements have been implemented with the core program modules of Incident, Arrest, Evidence and Case Management.

The latest release of InterAct Online RMS also connects more effectively with InterAct CAD, Mobile and Jail Management. This means that a user can tap into the system at one point, and access records from all of the core modules at the same time.

Being a cloud-based solution, all a user requires to access InterAct Online RMS is a secure Web browser and paid annual subscription. The supplier provides assistance to agencies, to help them upload and maintain their records securely in the cloud.
