Kentucky's Department of Administrative Services purchases fleet tracker

Nov 2, 2009 5:31 PM, By Mary Rose Roberts

WebTech Wireless has finalized a three-year contract and initial sale of 273 model WT5000 locators with the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Department of Administrative Services, Fleet Management Division. The agreement lets all state, county and city agencies purchase the WebTech Wireless solution through a single contract. The solution for government brings together WebTech Wireless' in-vehicle locator devices and online Quadrant fleet management system, with AT&T Mobility's reliable wireless network that lets fleet-management operators track vehicles.
