Hong Kong network expansion to include P2T over cellular

Nokia announced this week a $30 million deal to expand Hong Kong-based New World Mobility’s GSM network. The expansion will include the introduction of push-to-talk over cellular services, which are scheduled to begin later this year, Nokia said.
