Motorola adds Talkabout model in Singapore

Motorola’s Commercial, Government and Industrial Solutions Sector today introduced the Talkabout T6226 for recreational two-way radio use in Singapore. The walkie-talkie will operate as an unlicensed device in the 446 MHz band; the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore allocated the 446.0 to 446.1 MHz frequencies for low-power walkie-talkies in February 2004.
