Motorola launches P2T over cellular service in former Soviet republic

Motorola has deployed a push-to-talk over cellular (PoC) system for MagtiCom, the largest GSM operator in Georgia, a former Soviet republic nestled between Russia and Turkey. End users will receive the V400p GSM handset that offers one-touch PoC connectivity.
