Transcrypt signs distribution contract for Europe, Middle East and Africa

EFJ, Inc. announced that its Transcrypt International subsidiary has signed a contract with American International Radio (AIR) that authorizes non-exclusive sales of Transcrypt's voice privacy products in 102 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. "The agreement with AIR provides Transcrypt with representation in many new countries," said Michael E. Jalbert, EFJ chairman and CEO, in a statement. "This relationship is helping Transcrypt's worldwide presence continue to grow." Last month, EFJ announced that Transcrypt had signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Setkom Communications to sell its products in Turkey.
