Line of antennas announced

Ethertronics unveiled a line of embedded antennas designed for portable devices, including a Bluetooth antenna, a wireless local area network (WLAN) antenna, a WiMAX antenna and a combination PCS/WiMAX antenna. The Bluetooth antenna measures 5x3x1.3mm and is designed to be embedded in small, handheld portable devices. The WLAN ceramic antenna developed for notebooks and RF modules operates on the 2.4-2.5 and 4.9-5.8 GHz frequency bands and measures 7x4x1.3mm. The WiMAX antenna for multi-function handsets operates on the 2.3, 2.5 or 3.5 GHz frequency bands and measures 14x4x1.3mm. The final addition is a PCS/WiMAX combination antenna that measures 9.6x3x1.3mm and operates on the 1.93-1.99 and 2.5-2.7 GHz frequency bands, according to the company.
