Ericsson wins Indonesia contract

Officials with Telefon AB LM Ericsson announced Friday that the equipment manufacturer would supply a CDMA2000 1X infrastructure for 631,800 lines to Indonesian operator PT Telkomunikasi Indonesia (TELKOM) in Bali.

In a statement, Ericsson officials said network deployment would begin immediately. The statement did not reveal any financial details of the deal.
