FCC delays meeting

The Federal Communications Commission yesterday announced it will conduct its next meeting on Friday, a day later than scheduled.
FCC commissioners have not met since the departure of former Chairman Michael Powell last month. Friday’s meeting will be the first run by new Chairman Kevin Martin.
