Fractal Antenna awarded patent

Bedford, Mass.-based Fractal Antenna Systems announced it has been awarded a U.S. patent for its proprietary technology that enables the company to manufacture wideband and radio frequency identification antennas using fractals. The use of fractals results in antennas that offer wider bandwidths and smaller form factors, the company said.
