Rebanding guidebook supplement expected in a couple of weeks

Jun 2, 2005 8:13 PM, By Donny Jackson

Licensees affected by the reconfiguration of users in the 800 MHz band later this month can expect further clarification of items addressed in the Transition Administrator (TA) guidebook released in April, a TA official said yesterday.

When the rebanding guidebook was released in April, members of the TA team indicated an update would be released during the latter portion of May. But Robert Kelly, an attorney for the TA, said the supplemental information would not be ready until later this month.

“The TA does expect to have an update, or some additional material, some time around the middle of June,” Kelly said.
