Tire company purchases RFID system to track assets

Hackensack, N.J.-based ID Systems announced Canadian Tire Retail—a hard goods retailer that operates 462 stores—will deploy its Wireless Asset Net industrial vehicle management system. The system uses RFID technology to control, track and monitor businesses’ assets, according to the company.
