Sirit Technologies and Data Ltd. combine on mobile RFID solutions

Sirit Technologies and Data Ltd. announced this week the introduction of three mobile radio frequency identification solutions. The solutions include RFID-enabled HHP Dolphin 9500 and 9550 mobile computers, which are the only handheld, RFID-enabled terminals capable of meeting recent aviation industry guidelines, the companies said. Also introduced were a forklift-mount RFID reader and industrial computer, which is capable of supporting multiple EPCglobal RFID tag protocols at read ranges in excess of 6 feet, and a belted, wearable RFID reader that allows the operator to use both hands in applications that include picking/sorting, direct store delivery, and manufacturing operations.
