Aeroflex announces 3 GHz digital RF signal generator

Aeroflex unveiled the 3020C PXI modular digital RF signal generator that operates at 3 GHz. According to the company, the 3020C has wideband width modulation of up to 90 MHz for broadband communications standards or multi-carrier test applications. Its RF output power operates from -120 dBm to +6 dBm and offers an embedded dual-channel arbitrary waveform generator for supplying complex modulated signals.
