RF vector signal analyzer unveiled

Keithley Instruments this week introduced the Model 2180 RF vector signal analyzer for the automated testing of wireless devices and transmitter circuits in production test environments. The devices uses a software-defined radio architecture with a 500 MHz digital signal processor to enable fast data acquisition and processing, and is designed to be used with the Model 2910 RF vector signal generator to create a test-and-measurement solution that reduces test times and capital equipment costs for testing active and passive RF components, according to the company.
