Tektronix launches spectrum analyzers

Tektronix launched the RSA6100A series of real-time spectrum analyzers. According to the company, the series offers a spectrum measurement rate nearly 1000 times greater compared with the fastest swept spectrum and vector signal analyzers. It also promises 100 MHz of real-time bandwidth with 73 dB of spurious-free dynamic range—the range over which the frequency spectrum is free from unwanted sinusoidal frequency components.
