Companies partner to test product interoperability

Several vendors recently collaborated to conduct 4.9 GHz ETG interoperability testing. Airspan Networks’ software-defined, radio-based HiperMAX base station and indoor WiMAX modem successfully interoperated with M/A-COM’s VIDAMAX broadband WiMAX base stations, Picochip’s reference design products and Sequans’ base station, according to the companies.
