What’s the Hot Wireless Technology in 2015?
“Public safety and government users are becoming increasingly aware of the importance of maximizing coverage in every single structure. That is why we see distributed antenna systems (DAS) and in building wireless as the key technologies in 2015. Schools, in particular, need to be sure that their radios work in every nook and cranny in every building on campus. For government users, that means that in every structure, say, in the basement of a courthouse where a jail might be, there is not a spot where you afford to have less than perfect coverage,” according to Patti Ryg, Senior Account Manager with Primus, an Enterprise Wireless Alliance (EWA) vendor member and a distribution company founded over 30 years ago.
