Motorola completed Iceland’s nationwide public safety communications network. The IP-based TErrestrial Trunked RAdio (TETRA) network has 150 base stations and 22 dispatchers and gives public safety organizations radio communications coverage across Iceland, including the peak of Hvannadalshnúkur, the country’s highest mountain.
