Rudy Baca to deliver AMTEX keynote

The American Mobile Telecommunications Association, Arlington, VA, has announced that Rudy Baca will deliver the keynote address at the association’s trade show, AMTEX, set for Oct 7–9 at the Westin hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Baca serves as vice president and global strategist at Precursor Group, Washington. While in Washington, Baca had worked at the FCC as a senior attorney in the International Bureau; as chief of staff, and senior advisor and common carrier advisor to James H. Quello during Quello’s service as a commissioner and interim chairman.

“Baca is a prominent expert on the wireless communications industry, domestically and internationally. He has an extensive background on a wide range of telecom-related industries, including satellite and land mobile technologies, and spectrum management issues,” said Alan Shark, AMTA’s president.
