George Murray, president of the Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials, International from 1989 to 1990, died February 8 as a result of complications from brain surgery he underwent on January 18. Murray joined APCO in 1976 and served on the organization’s Board of Officers for four years. He is survived by a wife (Joan) and three children.
