The American Council for Technology recently chose the Michigan Public Safety Communication System (MPSCS) for its 2005 Intergovernmental Solutions Award, which recognizes outstanding government technology programs. The 181-tower statewide digital two-way radio system was chosen from more than 60 nominations across the country.
