The Federal Communications Commission is redesigning the Application Filings for Required Notification and Request for Extension of Time applications under the Universal Licensing System. A public forum will be conducted Dec. 14, 2006, from 1 to 3 p.m. at 445 Twelfth Street, S.W., Washington, D.C., in room 8-B516 to discuss the changes. Interested parties also can attend remotely.
