Richardson, Texas-based InnerWireless announced that Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton, Colo., will deploy the company’s medical-grade wireless system into its new 50-acre campus medical center. The product supports Wi-Fi, VoIP, first-responder communications, two-way radios and paging. In addition, the hospital will have a wireless medical telemetry service, which enables the transmission of patient data from anywhere in the hospital, even during transport to medical tests and procedures, according to InnerWireless.
