The National Public Safety Telecommunications Council announced that Jennifer Wharram, of Industry Canada’s Spectrum Engineering Branch, will speak on spectrum and border coordination issues at NPSTC’s governing board meeting to be held in Arlington, Virginia, on June 16-18, 2008. The Spectrum Engineering Branch develops spectrum utilization procedures and processes and serves as Canada’s liaison to the FCC.
