IAFC’s Johnson speaks on broadband plan
Chief Jeff Johnson, president and chairman of the International Association of Fire Chiefs board, discusses communications in the fire service, specifically the national broadband plan for public-safety communications.
Chief Jeff Johnson, EFO, CFO, MIFireE, is the president and chairman of the board for the International Association of Fire Chiefs. Johnson joined Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue (TVF&R) in 1989 and became chief in 1995. Johnson also is a representative of the SAFECOM Emergency Response Council.
He joined Associate Editor Mary Rose Roberts to discuss communications in the fire service, specifically the national broadband plan for public-safety communications.
