EWA employee steps down; praised for “44 years of dedicated service”
(Herndon, VA)–Andre Coté, senior vice president of the Enterprise Wireless Alliance (EWA), is leaving the organization this month after 44 years. Andre started with the organization, then known as SIRSA, after serving in communications with the U.S. Navy.
In commenting on Andre’s departure, Mark Crosby, President and CEO, EWA, stated, “Andre’s career has witnessed it all, from the days before computers, fax machines, email and the Internet, before electronic batching filings, back when there was carbon paper and a postage machine, maps and paper licenses. Through it all, the industry has relied on Andre for his consistency, knowledge of the rules, fairness and integrity. It would be difficult to compile a list of Andre’s contributions to the industry, to EWA’s clients and to EWA.”
