Scott Edson (left) and John Radeleff explain the leadership transition at the Los Angeles Regional Interoperable Communications System (LA-RICS), which has deployed the largest public-safety LTE network in the United States and is constructing a new P25 network. Edson is in his first week as executive director for LA-RICS, replacing Radeleff, who served as the LA-RICS interim executive director for the past year.
