Crown Castle International, Houston, has announced the resignation of two members of its board of directors in actions that the company said were “unrelated.”
Ted B. Miller Jr. resigned on Aug. 2. Miller co-founded Crown Castle in 1994 and served in a variety of senior executive positions, including chief executive officer from November 1996 to August 2001and chairman of the board from May 1999 to May 2002.
David L. Ivy resigned on Aug. 9. He had served in several senior executive positions including as vice chairman of global mergers and acquisitions from April 2000 to September 2000 and as a director since June 1997.
