Boost Mobile expands P2T service in Canada, South America

In partnership with NII Holdings and Canada’s Telus Mobility, youth market-focused mobile virtual network operator Boost Mobile announced expansion of its push-to-talk, or P2T, service in Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and Peru.
Boost Mobile’s P2T service costs customers $1.50 per day for unlimited domestic use. An international surcharge of 20¢ per minute will be added for P2T communications from the U.S. and other countries served under the plan. An international roaming surcharge of 10¢ per minute will apply to P2T usage from Baja, Mexico, and a surcharge of 20¢ per minute will apply to P2T communications from Canada to another country.
