Adams County Communications, based in Commerce City, Colo., will deploy a NICE Systems solution to record its emergency communications
Adams County Communications (Adcom 911), based in Commerce City, Colo., will deploy a NICE Systems solution to record its emergency communications. The solution replaces a legacy Dictaphone CRS system, NICE said. Adcom 911 serves about 400,000 people in the Denver metropolitan area and provides 911 and emergency radio communications services to 15 police, fire and emergency medical service agencies in the area. The center employs 50 dispatchers and handles about 750,000 calls annually, NICE said.
