The Greensboro, North Carolina Guilford Metro 9-1-1 center deployed Verint Systems’ Audiolog call-recording software, built for emergency response and public-safety answering points. The software records audio inputs across two different recording servers and is integrated into the 911 center’s trunked radio system, according to Verint. It also captures ANI/ALI with each recorded 911 call.
