Walt Magnussen, director of the Texas A&M University Internet2 Technology Evaluation Center (ITEC), talks about the fifth annual Canada-United States Enhanced Resiliency Experiment (CAUSE V) that is scheduled for November along the U.S.-Canada border near Washington state. ITEC will host its next Winter Institute in February 2018.
