U.S. Army awards $36 million contract
Wireless network engineering firm Wireless Facilities, or WFI, along with partners Analytical Services and LogiCore Corp., have landed a five-year, $36 million contract from the U.S. Army’s Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Service
Wireless Facilities, or WFI, along with partners Analytical Services and LogiCore Corp., have landed a five-year, $36 million contract from the U.S. Army’s Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Service. Under the contract, WFI and its team members will provide engineering and technical services to the AMCOM IMMC Short Range Land Combat Systems Maintenance Operations Procedures and Prototype Shop in support of AMCOM weapon systems and associated test equipment. Additionally, the WFI team will provide weapons system technical assistance teams in support of U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps., and National Guard and Army Reserve units in the field.
