IWCE panel: Preparation key to states making good opt-in/opt-out decision on FirstNet
It’s too early for states and territories to choose whether to opt in to FirstNet or build a public-safety broadband network for itself, but officials for these jurisdictions should be conducting due diligence as quickly as possible, so they will be ready when the opt-in/opt-out decision has to be made, according to an IWCE panel on the subject.
