Incentives needed to bolster in-building communications for first responders
Supporting public-safety communications in large structures–such as office buildings, apartment buildings, warehouses, parking structures and big-box retailers–today is technologically and financially feasible. But many municipal codes allow older structures to be grandfathered, which is a problem for first responders.
