APCO honors public-safety communications leaders
The Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials named Harlin McEwen, chairman of the IACP Communications and Technology Committee, and Steve Souder, director of the Fairfax County (Va.) Department of Public Safety Communications, as recipients of its Leadership in Advocacy Award.
