Decibel Products open fourth customer service center
DALLAS — Decibel Products, an Allen Telecom company, recently began operations at its newest customer service center located in Boise, ID. This is the fourth center that the company has opened in four years, including the original center in Livermore, CA, a second in Knoxville, TN, and a third in Dallas. The Boise location will assist customers with cable, connectors, antennas and associated hardware and will service an area spanning Oregon, Washington, Utah, Montana, Wyoming and Idaho.
Jay Guild, director of logistics, realized the need for “attentive, reliable” customer service regarding the packing, selling and distribution of transmission line products and responded with the creation of the new service center.
Decibel Products offers a patented SREEL-6 rapid deployment system, which allows the company to put up six cables for antenna towers on a single spool.
